Guest Service Agent (F/T)
The Gold Eagle Lodge in the Battlefords has anemployment opportunity with the reception desk. Gold Eagle Lodge is currently looking for a full-time Guest Service Agent. Successful applicants should have previous experience in customer service and be available days, evenings and weekends. We are ideally looking for one day time part-time and one evening part-time, but being available for a variety of shifts would be an asset.
A professional, customer focused attitude is a must. The successful candidates will be detail orientated, able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills and communicate effectively with guests and staff. Specific Skills
- Take, cancel and change room reservations
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services
- Process group arrivals and departures
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments
- Process telephone calls

- Provide general information about points of interest in the area
