Ranch Ehrlo Society is seeking a Vice-President of Human Resources. This is a very exciting opportunity for a dynamic and people-focused leader who is committed to a high performing organization.

We are looking for someone who can provide strong, strategic human resource leadership to the organization.

- Governance
- Strategic planning
- Talent management:
    - Recruitment/selection
    - Organizational development
    - Performance management
    - Employee relations
    - Safety program

Position requirements:
- Exceptional EQ and excellent communication skills.
- Strong senior-level consulting and coaching skills; effective advisor to leaders across the agency.
- Broad and deep experience across all HR functional areas.
- Ability to develop comprehensive, well-defined plans for human capital management (staffing, training, performance, culture, and compensation).
- Strong critical thinking skills to resolve complex business challenges in a pragmatic manner.
- Ability to lead and facilitate change.
- Interpersonal skills and proven ability to build rapport, coach and influence at all levels in the organization.

Experience and qualifications:    
- Eight to 10 years human resources leadership experience in a large organization.
- Post-secondary degree in human resources or business.
- Professional HR designation is an asset.
- Command of the principles and practices of HR management.
- Knowledge of Canadian employment law and other relevant legislation.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
