The Sales Representatives are accountable for generating top line revenue by helping customers succeed. The Role:

Build long-term relationships with farmers and develop a comprehensive understanding of their business
Stay on top of available products and services in Agriculture, Agronomy and Grain Marketing
Achieve sales targets and help customers make good financial decisions
Execute our client's customer focused best practices to achieve financial targets

The Ideal Candidate:

Post-secondary education in Business or Agriculture or mix of relevant experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Strong problem solving, decision-making, and demonstrated math skills
Ability to identify opportunities and prospects, build customer relationships to close sales
Adaptability and computer skills (CRM system)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze target markets for potential
Must possess a valid Canadian Driver's License
Knowledge of grain marketing and agronomy are definite assets
