Adecco is currently supporting our client with a temporary Office Coordinator Associate in Regina. To be qualified for this position, you must have experience in an office environment, and ideally knowledge in medical terminology. You will be responsible for the Front Desk and also for some coordination duties.
Your Office Coordinator responsibilities are; but not limited to:
- Welcome visitors
- Answering incoming Calls
- Scheduling appointments
- documentation of cases
Office Coordinator Associate Qualification:
- At least 2 years experience in an office environment
- understanding for medical terminology
