Job Responsibilities:
-Communication and advising clients;
-Project Schedule;
-Overseeing construction process and ensuring it adheres to project plans & specifications;
-Organizing sub trades;
-Coding project invoices;
-Ensuring a safe work site; and,
-Overseeing General Carpentry staff.

Qualifications and Desired Skills:
-Strong oral and written communication skills;
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
-Comfortable with technology;
-Strong Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
-Ability to make decisions independently and in a timely manner;
-Ability to manage your own hours (potential to work evenings and weekends); and,
-Confident in sales meetings with potential clients.
