We are looking for an organized, fun, driven, administrative expert to be the right hand to our President & CEO, and support to the Vice-Presidents as necessary.
This role would provide administrative support such as, but not limited to, strategically managing and coordinating his calendar and meeting schedule, creating correspondence for internal use and to our valuable fans of Rider Nation, coordination of travel itineraries and appearances, as well as process required documents such as expense reports.
The role would be an essential liaison with the Board of Directors, to provide support and guidance in terms of all Club related Board initiatives and meetings. This includes, organizing all Board and Committee meetings, creating meeting packages utilizing the Clubs online software program, providing minute taking services for required meetings, maintaining a calendar of events for the Board of Directors, and coordinating group travel and schedules for Board of Director events.
This position would play a crucial role in our transition to our new home at Mosaic Stadium. They would ensure that our move to our new office is seamless from an office management perspective and work closely on the physical transition to our new space. They would also be the lead role to facilitate our AGM process and events. As well, they would participate on committees such as the Plaza of Honor as a Club representative.
In addition to the responsibilities above, this position will supervise the Business Office Receptionist position and supports the commitment to high quality customer service for both internal and external customers. The roles of the Executive Assistant and our Receptionist are the heart of the office so this role must be passionate, enthusiastic, professional and really set the tone for the entire office! Pass, catching and tackling ability is not required but could be an asset in emergency situations.
