Description

Adecco is currently recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join their Team located in Regina. The Recruitment Consultant will work with our clients and identify qualified candidates that match the client's need.

Main Job duties and responsibilities will also include but are not limited to:
- Prospecting and developing potential permanent placement orders
- Market Adecco's permanent placement services
- Follow up calls to both current and prospective clients
- Maintain up to date records
- Recruits prospective candidates
- Interview candidates
- Perform Reference Checks
- Develop and implement a recruitment strategy that will support both current and future client needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Superior organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Must be proactive and have the ability to problem solve
- Excellent customer service skills
- Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience
- Must be proficient with MS Office
- Knowledge of labour and employment laws

Ideal candidate must be skilled in their ability to network and have the ability to influence and motivate others. Preference will be given to candidates who have at least a minimum of two (2) years of previous recruitment experience. Any previous outside sales experience would also be considered very beneficial for this role.
