Adecco is currently recruiting a Enterprise Architect that has a broad based background of technical experience to be part of the Solutions & Architecture team. The resource MUST have a minimum of 10 years of recent and practical IT experience, including several years working as part of an EA Team. Additionally, the resource MUST have several years of recent, contiguous and relevant experience working as an architect, demonstrating a broad and solid understanding of architecture principles.
Ideally the candidate will have the following experience:
Experience influencing and establishing strategic architecture direction within an organization
Experience working closely with business leaders, including presenting to senior management and the Executive
Practical capability planning and road-mapping experience
Experience working in a utility or engineering industry
TOGAF Certification

Typical activities in this role include but are not limited to:
Consulting IT and Business leaders on strategy development and business planning
Developing architecture strategies, roadmaps, reference architectures and models.
Actively contributing to architecture boards and continued improvement of our practice.
Supporting Solution Architects and the PDO on technology decisions and research
Monitor and understand emerging technologies and IT management trends.
