Member Service Representative Full-Time Term Position, Regina.
CAA Saskatchewan's Regina North office is seeking an enthusiastic, customer service and sales oriented individual to join their team.
Key responsibilities:
- Ability to sell, renew and upgrade CAA memberships.
- Assessing members needs to determine the best possible solution through the sale, service or referral of appropriate CAA products, services and memberships.  
- Providing SGI issuing from renewals to permits.
- Promotion and sales of auto extension insurance coverage.
- Offering members auto travel services which include tour books, trip routings, maps and insurance, along with other ancillary products and services, as required.
Skills and Attributes:
- A minimum of one year delivering professional customer service.
- Previous SGI or insurance experience preferable for this position
- Experience handling cash and cashing out.
- Self-confident and open to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
- Basic computer knowledge, including the internet and Microsoft Office products.
The incumbent of this  full-time term position will be required to work Monday to Saturday, according to business requirements.
