Role and Responsibilities:
1.To supervise and give care for a child.
2.Assume full responsibilities in absence of parents.
3.Maintain a safe healthy environment in the home.
4.Light housekeeping, cooking and cleaning duties.
5.Current CPR and First Aid training is required.
Children'S Ages
- School age (6 - 12 years)
- Kindergarten age (4 - 5 years)
Transportation/Travel Information
- Travel expenses paid by employer
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- First Aid Certificate
Specific Skills
- Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
- Supervise and care for children
- Read to children
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
- Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
- Help children with homework
