Bella Vista Inn is seeking Casual Banquet/Restaurant Servers to assist our busy restaurant, banquet and catering team. Shifts available are
days/evenings/weekends.
Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
Essential Skills
- Oral communication
- Working with others
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Food Safe Certificate
- Serving It Right Certificate
Additional Skills
- Set tables
- Replace linen
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
- Load buspans and trays
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
- Customer service oriented
