Kelly Panteluk Construction Ltd. (KPCL) is looking to hire a Site Admin Clerk for our project based 45 NW out of Regina, SK. This position assists the Supervisors and Project Engineers with reconciling and processing paperwork for the Engineering, Safety & Accounts Payables teams.
The position has an immediate start date.
Required Qualifications:
Computer experience is required, specifically strong data entry and computer software applications commonly used for administration and project management functions specifically Microsoft Office, Excel & Word.
Good people skills. An enthusiastic team member that would work together and communicate clearly with mechanics, onsite and head office staff and suppliers.
Ability to take initiative when/where required
Organizational and time management skills; and
Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Applicants must have a valid drivers license and pass a drug & alcohol test upon employment.
KPCL offers competitive wages, with overtime pay after forty hours per week. This position will require overtime hours on an 11 day on, 3 day off rotation.
