Description

V. Parshuram & Brewing Company is a new start up in Prince Albert, SK. We are planning to setting up brewing plan with semi-automatic machinery line, and looking for brewing process specialist.

Specialist manage standardizing / blending and filter operations. Brewing process is monitored to maintain specifications for dissolved oxygen, carbon dioxide, temperature, alcohol and product microbiological stability.

Responsibilities will include blending and filter operations, cleaning and sterilizing systems, and tanks. Also, Specialist should demonstrate ability for collecting samples and completing production maintenance tasks and such.

Specialist works alone on assigned weekly task, must be self-motivated, work in a team environment as needed, respond to nonconformances, escalate appropriately, make responsible decisions, offering solutions and communicating results when confronted with exceptions without supervision.

- Must be a minimum 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Demonstrated understanding of flow dynamics, volume control in a closed system or experience in a food/beverage plant or other production environment.
- Must have an excellent safety record and be able to regularly lift over 50 lbs.
- Ability to troubleshoot production upsets and issues.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- GMP and sterile fill manufacturing knowledge
- Candidate must familiar with all tank rinsing, filter processing, sterilization water and CO2 systems.
- Perform all Quality at the source analysis to include ATP, DO, CO2, temperature, sensory evaluation, supporting documentation and logging of data in the Daily Cleaning log.
- Communicate with team current status, exceptions to delivery and problem solving activities to non-conformance.
