North Sask Victim Services Inc. is a non-profit organization that works in cooperation with the RCMP to provide assistance to victims of crime and traumatic events. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director, Regional Supervisors and Board of Directors of North Sask Victim Services.
Duties:
Book-keeping using Sage 50 managing multiple accounts
General office duties such as recording of minutes,filing, handling correspondence,answering phones,ordering supplies, etc.
Compiling and submission of budgets, reports and statistics
Assist with maintenance of employee records
Board related tasks
Vehicle fleet management
Scheduling and other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Able to obtain and maintain an enhanced RCMP
Security Clearance
Comfortable working in an RCMP environment
Grade 12 followed by a Business Administration Diploma
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Wide knowledge of computer software and accounting principles
Excellent interpersonal skills
Starting salary approximately $48,000
