The instructor will teach students in the U of S Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree program nursing skills in a classroom, lab, and clinical setting. The instructor may facilitate labs; tutor students and prepare them for Objective Skills Competency Evaluations (OSCE) and the Registered Nursing National Exam; provide students advising and support; assist in organization of clinical placements; act as lab or clinical instructor and OSCE examiner; and maintain BSN lab supplies.
The minimal qualifications for this position are: a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, RN Certification, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be prepared to schedule hours of work according to the demands of the position including evenings and weekends when necessary, possess a valid driver?s license, and be willing to travel, including overnight stays, and travel on gravel roads.
