The Role:
In addition to the general tasks involved in the receiving and shipping of grain, and operating the equipment involved in the cleaning and/or drying of incoming product, you would complete more in-depth grading of product based on CGC's Official Grain Grading Guide - using standardized grading equipment to identify the main degrading factors, moisture content, pests, etc. to determine quality. In addition, you would oversee and train those new to the industry in basic grading skills.
As expected, you require experience in a grain elevator/terminal. Follow the website link to view the complete list of required skills and experience/qualifications.
