The Lac La Ronge Indian Band, Support Services is now accepting applications for the following full-time position, based out of La Ronge:

SECURITY SUPERVISOR

The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:
- Direct daily security and safety operations on-reserve;
- Assign and coordinate security operations with staff;
- Implement and communicate all policies, procedures and instructions regarding security and safety;
- Supervise daily operations and activities of the security team members; and
- Direct and motivate staff.

The suitable candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Must have Security Guard training course or related training;
- Saskatchewan Security Guard License is preferred;
- Previous supervisory experience;
- Previous experience in security is an asset;
- Ability to work independently, deal with confrontation and handle stressful situations;
- Ability to deal with the public in a respectful and assertive manner;
- Valid Driver's License and own reliable vehicle;
- Must be able to pass RCMP Security Clearance;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Current WHMIS, First Aid and CPR certifications are assets;
- Demonstrates consistency and integrity at all times;
- Displays a positive attitude, maintains enthusiasm;
- Punctual, honest and reliable;
- Ability to speak Cree is an asset.
