DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Selling/Customer Service
Promote sales of the cosmetic products; provide information on new or existing products and services;
demonstrations
Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs
Provide superior customer service, consultative services demonstrations, etc.
Promotes sales through encouraging customers to participate in the Optimum program
Resolves customer complaints within guidelines
Attend workshop/education sessions to ensure product knowledge is current.
Marketing and Merchandising
Exhibits and promotes the companys products and services and provides information to interested parties
Attends necessary supplierschools.
Prepare displays and set up promotions
General
Comply with all health and safety requirements as follows: reports hazards and incidents; complies with
company policy and procedure; reports injuries to first aid; use equipment and materials only as authorized;
follows job procedures, co-operates with H&S committee or representative, wears personal protective
equipment as required.
Pays attention to cash handling and loss preventiontechniques
Perform other duties as required.
