THE POSITION: Reporting to the Manager of Relationship Management Development, this position provides administrative and sales support to Relationship Manager IIs and IIIs. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to enhance their skills and knowledge as they continue working on their personal development as they continue on their career-path to higher positions. As part of the Business Solutions team, the areas of responsibility for an Account Manager include:
- Assist with ECI input & analysis which may include completion of Collateral Analysis, Reports Set Up and Credit Action set up
- Assist with completion of Loan documentation
- Ensure all loan activities are in compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Recognize and act upon business development opportunities that would be beneficial to the organization and its members as a whole
- Participate in the development and support achievement of sales targets, marketing plans, and member service standards
- May act as resource for appointments with members on initial loan requests or finalizing signatures on documents
