Northern Blizzard Resources Inc. is a publicly traded Canadian company based in Calgary, Alberta. Northern Blizzard was founded in late 2009 and is engaged in the exploration for and the acquisition, development and production of petroleum and natural gas reserves in western Canada.
We are currently seeking to fill the position of Field Administrative Coordinator located in Macklin, Saskatchewan or a field office location in central Saskatchewan. The position will report to the Field Superintendent and the successful candidate will work in a fast paced, detail oriented environment. Key responsibilities will include:
General administrative support for Field Superintendent and Operations staff
Tracking of data for well site inspections, tank inspections, monthly vehicle reports and cost tracking (projects)
Entering PACE cards, recording minutes and retaining related documents regarding HSE
Creating and filing logs for new wells
Some travel to nearby field locations is required
In addition to a minimum of 5 years related oil and gas industry experience, the ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the oil and gas industry
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
