Description

Successful applicant must be self motivated, reliable, trustworthy, able to follow upper management direction and be proficient in conveying such to production staff. Will be responsible for overseeing plant operations and must be well versed in mig welding, stick welding and it would be considered a definite asset to be skilled in polyethylene rotational moulding, mould fabrication, aluminum welding, the use of air arc, plasma and acetylene torch, sheet metal break and other fabricating machinery. Special consideration will be given to individuals with an above average mechanical aptitude. Full benefit package. Housing may be available. D&G Poly Products Ltd. is an equal opportunity employer.  - Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products
 - Set up machines and equipment
 - Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
 - Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
