Store Supervisors are responsible for managing a retail staff within a business. Coordinates the shipping of goods, sets up displays, make schedules for staff and assists customers and staff during business hours. Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers, Assign sales workers to duties, Sell merchandise, Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, Maintain specified inventory, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.Hiring and training staff.
