Impact Energy Services is looking to fill the position of Receptionist / Accounts Payable Clerk, who, under the direction of the General Manager, will primarily be responsible to refer and/or redirect calls, emails, and visitors as required. This position will prepare, review, and/or edit various forms of correspondence. This role will also manage and administer inbound and outbound mail.

The Receptionist/ Accounts Payable Clerk must possess the following:
-Business degree or diploma
-Microsoft Office experience
-Accounting experience
-Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
-Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills
