Reporting to the General Manager the Petroleum Division Manager will serve as the leader responsible for the petroleum business unit which includes 3 Convenience Stores, 4 Cardlock locations and the Bulk Petroleum location delivering to farm and commercial members in the communities of Moosomin, Rocanville, Whitewood, Maryfield and area.
The successful candidate will have 3 5 years executive or related high level management experience in multi-site operations, a proven track record in successful petroleum operations, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills.
Work with Centre Managers to ensure the values of Borderland Co-op are reflected in the service we provide to customers.
Play an active leadership role in developing new business through marketing programs, member analysis, direct marketing, individual contact, strategic insight, and forward planning.
Ability to lead and direct management.
Oversee operational results to achieve budgeted goals.
As part of the protection of Borderland Co-op ensure compliance with all environmental/regulatory requirements.
Class 1A Drivers License is required for the position but not necessary at time of application it will be included in the training plan.
