The purpose of this position to monitor, plan, develop and launch effective and efficient operations systems and tools to support the implementation and delivery of enhanced customer services from ConnectionPoint to faculty and staff at the University of Saskatchewan.
The Systems and Operations Analyst is accountable for supporting systems initiatives by gathering and analyzing data and compiling reports to support business cases, proposed projects and daily operations that ensure continuous improvement of administrative services, processes and functions provided by the service centre.
