Key Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service and satisfaction through consistent application of store processes and standards (e.g. cleanliness, pricing integrity, inventory management)
Maintain and promote a close working relationship with staff providing direction, feedback and training relative to policies and procedures
Manage a balanced inventory selection, capitalizing on increased profits through effective merchandising
Responsible for executing programs to maximize budgeted sales, gross profit and contribution
Responsible for administrative activities, as required, including payroll, financial reporting and labour scheduling
Lead and motivate staff, instilling a strong team spirit at store level
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Strong retail operations experience
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead and manage others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Systems skills (Email, Elvis, and P.C. applications).
Minimum grade 12 education
Experience in customer relations and food merchandising
Experience working with P&L statements
