Media Strategist

Are you an enthusiastic, positive individual with a thirst for digital media? Then we want you to join our team as a Media Strategist!

In this role, you will be an integral part of the media consulting team and will develop and execute holistic advertising campaigns across multi-platforms. If you enjoy a continually changing environment and being on the leading edge of advertising, this could be the position for you.

Primary responsibilities:
Develop custom advertising campaign proposals across multiple platforms based on client needs and objectives;
Introduce leading edge industry knowledge and trends to the business and our clients;
Attend client meetings with Media Sales Consultants as necessary to better understand client needs;
Analyze and interpret data from audience database to build a consultative multi-platform sales plan for clients;
Produce visually arresting and conceptually engaging presentations/media plans and deliver plan in a way that demonstrates benefit to clients;
Measure, optimize and adjust integrated campaigns, maximizing campaign delivery to meet client objectives/KPIs.

Our ideal candidate will possess:
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or Sales is an asset
A thirst for knowledge of digital trends and media/print advertising
Time management skills with the ability to establish priorities and problem solve on the fly
Proven ability to work as an effective team member and independently as needed
Creativity coupled with the ability to analyze client needs to develop strategic marketing campaigns
Social media and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
