The Co-operators is looking for two Solution Analyst I in our Strategy and Business Implementation area located in Regina, SK.

The Solutions Analyst I provides support to business units and external clients regarding business processes and current system applications. The Solutions Analyst I will participate in delivering projects and facilitating business change.

Your Qualifications
2-3 years experience working with business systems in an insurance environment
White belt lean level or equivalent experience
Industry related courses; LOMA 280 & LOMA 290
Understanding of the Business organization, strategies, practices, interactions between lines of business
Knowledge of department/team processes and systems to effectively represent the business unit.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Insurance product system knowledge
Demonstrated ability to take initiative
Proficient in Microsoft Office with exposure to MS Project
Bilingual verbal and written communication skills in English and French would be considered an asset.
