Description

Daily Work:

1.    Keep financial records, maintain and balance various accounts
2.    Use manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
3.    Prepare monthly budget analysis and financial statements.
4.    Monitor compliance with the weekly cash flow and budget template.
5.    Organize menus for Restaurants customers.
6.    Keep records and financial budgets for food supplies.
7.    Operate kitchen and dining facilities.
8.    Supply full information regarding the preparation of budgets to President in order that the President prepares budgets.
9.    Receive and scrutinizes the budgets, which are received from the line managers and revise them if necessary.
10.    Collect actual cost data and compare it with budgeted figures and records the same in the budget report.
11.    Review operating budgets periodically to analyze trends affecting budget needs.
12.    Prepare comparative analysis of operating programs by analyzing costs in relation to services performed during previous fiscal years.
13.     Submit reports to president with recommendations for budget revisions.
14.    Testify regarding proposed budgets before examining
15.    Gain support for estimated budget needs.
16.    Ensure compliance with intergovernmental recommendations and decisions as well as with Local policies and procedures.
17.    Undertake research and analysis of budgetary policies and procedures, makes recommendations for changes and/or modifications.
18.    Manage and monitors budget implementation and recommends reallocation of funds as necessary.
19.    Review and finalize budget performance reports, analyzing variances between approved budgets and actual expenditures.
20.    Provide substantive support to relevant intergovernmental and expert bodies.

Requirements:
College Diploma of Bookkeeping
5-year work experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified
