Daily Work:
1. Read, research and reply routine letter and emails for the President;
2. Draft letters and collect information;
3. Prepare agendas and make arrangements for the President;
4. Welcome customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries;
5. Provide administrative support in an effective and efficient manner to the President;
6. Monitor all supplies in restaurant and research favorable deals with suppliers;
7. Maintain various inventories of supplies for restaurant,
8. Place orders and verify receipts;
9. Analyze incoming and outgoing memo and reports;
10. Prepare and co-ordinate summary and reports for the President;
11. Answer and manage incoming calls regarding food orders;
12. Maintain customer information confidential;
13. Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information;
14. Maintain and repair cooking equipments by calls;
15. Evaluate and help selecting new equipments of the restaurant;
16. Liaise with other organizations on behalf of the restaurant;
17. Answer questions and co-ordinate requests of employees in restaurant;
18. Establish personal networks and participate food & beverages social activities;
19. Contribute into team effort;
20. Meet with other individuals to discuss issues on behalf of the company and the restaurant.
Requirements:
10-year experience of Executive Assistance & Human Resource
College Diploma
