Job Description: As a Primary Care Nurse you will have the opportunity to exercise leadership, judgment, independence and put into practice advanced nursing skills.  

To qualify you will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities

Registration with Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association
Possess current CPR certification
A minimum of 3 years nursing experience
Ability to function as a member of an interdisciplinary health team
Ability to consult and refer to appropriate health care team members when necessary
Ability to collaborate with other members of the health team to ensure quality of care for the client
Ability to utilize both formal and informal consultation processes with other professional and community groups in the health region including the physicians and clinic support staff, Home Care, Public Health, Mental Health, Dietitian Services, Alcohol and Drug Addictions Services, Physiotherapy, Ambulance Services, school staff and the RCMP
Possession of strong communication and public relations skills
The successful candidate shall be required to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check

Standby and on call required.
Expected Start Date: July 4, 2016
Expected Up To Date: November 10, 2016
FTE: 1.00

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days, Evenings, On Call
224.00 hours per 6 week rotation
