We are a well-established builder and rental property management company based out of Regina.
We are seeking a professional, skilled and enthusiastic individual who is good with numbers to be the newest asset to our company. Playing a key role in our rapidly growing company, this individual should be an outgoing people-person. Qualifications and Abilities:
-Excellent interpersonal skills both over the phone and in person
-Greeting clients, tenants, and customers
-Fluent in English
-Reliable and punctual
-Computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
-Handling cash and collecting rent from tenants
-Making and maintaining accounting records using QuickBooks accounting software
-Preparing financial rental reports
-Effectively and efficiently problem solve tenant questions or concerns
-General office duties including filing, paperwork, sorting mail, etc.
-Ability to multitask
Preferred Are:
Great customer service and reception skills
Accounting experience and/or training
Some post secondary experience
