FCL invites applications for the position of Senior Compensation Analyst in our Home Office located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Provides subject matter expertise in the implementation of total target compensation programs, and policies related to supporting business objectives. Provides research, development, and knowledge of best practices with total target compensation that contribute to program initiatives. Provides analysis that supports total compensation programs for the purpose of trending the ongoing costs and functionality of the programs. Works with Compensation Manager to provide recommendations and analysis to support benchmarking and adjusting of current practice. Provides mentorship and knowledge transfer within the team in the area of analyzing compensation trends, salary recommendations, job profiling, ongoing benchmarking and analysis. Leads analytics to support evaluation of compensation program initiatives by providing recommendations to the Compensation Manager.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in a relevant field such as commerce, economics, statistics, or accounting/finance and 7+ years of combined experience with 4+ years of direct experience related to compensation analytics and program design. CHRP or CCP would be considered an asset.
