Duties include:
- Being the first point of contact for customers via face-to-face, phone, fax and email.
- Entering clients orders in a timely manner.
- Preparing sales orders based on client requirements.
- Type quotes and contracts.
- Ability to coordinate appointments with installations.
- General office duties.
Education & Experience:
- Grade 12
- Office Education Certificate is an asset.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Previous administrative/office experience is an asset.
Personality/Desired attributes:
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated team player.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Interest in trades, interior design, home dcor.
- A knack for design, manufacturing and installation.
- Focus on customer service.
