SharePoint/ECM Administrator

THE POSITION:
Under operational direction of the Manager, Applications, provides administration and development of Innovations Enterprise Content Management systems including, but not limited to Microsoft SharePoint 365. Responsibilities will include:
Successful implementation and maintenance of ECM solutions supporting a broad range of departments and individuals
Provide guidance and expertise to business users re: potential solutions available within the ECM solution
Maximize use of effective workflows to create organizational efficiencies
Utilize ECM in support of business units to minimize errors and omissions
Minimum 2 years or experience administering and developing ECM solutions
Work with security resources to ensure correct level of security is applied to portals with any external access
