M&O Construction Ltd. is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant for 2 days a week, Monday and Friday, must be able to cover for holidays. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day to day administrative support. Duties to include, but aren't limited to answering phones, filing, faxing, photocopying, mail, deposits, ordering office supplies, drafting letters, maintaining vehicle registrations,assisting office manager with various duties.
Preparing work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
Candidate will have excellent oral and written skills, phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, flexible, able to multitask, great organizational skills, prior office experience, knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.Knowledge of Simply Accounting Software is a must.
