Description

City Centre Family Physicians is a full service family medical office located at 3211 Preston Avenue South in Stonebridge, Saskatoon. We are a large, very busy facility with a great team of staff. Our people are compassionate, energetic, and value professionalism and team work.

We are looking to hire 3 permanent full time Medical Office Assistants/Receptionists, whose job will include covering our front and back reception desks. Our ideal candidate is someone who is thorough, flexible, hard-working, reliable, and has experience providing reception services in a medical office environment.

The required hours of work are 12:00pm - 8:30pm Mondays-Thursdays, and 9:00am - 5:30pm on Fridays.

All weekends and stat holidays off.

Job Requirements:
- Experience in a medical office environment or a health care setting.
- Preference will be given to those with an MOA certificate.
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR), with preference given to Accuro.
- Fluent in medical office terminology.
- Manage and direct incoming calls & inquiries, both in-person and over telephone.
- Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor when dealing with patients and visitors.
- Able to work in a busy and fast-paced environment, with care and accuracy.
- Able to manage a high client volume.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and work well with others.
- Be able to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Motivated, dedicated, & willing to go the extra mile.
- Confidentiality.
- Collect/receive payments, and operate a debit machine.
