Your Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, Desktop Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for the desktop environment for internal and external Celero customers.
Your Resume
Completion of a recognized post-secondary program in Computer Science, System Administration, or Electronic Systems Engineering program.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting a desktop environment.
MCSA certification (Windows 7 and/or Windows 10 path)
MCSE certification or commitment to obtain within agreed timeframe.
CCNA and ITIL certifications are an advantage and are preferred.
Relevant information technology certifications are considered an asset.
Experience with Windows 7, Windows 10, iOS, Blackberry OS 10, and Android.
Experience with Active Directory, WSUS, BES 12, Microsoft MDT, and Symantec Endpoint Protection.
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Visio).
Demonstrated ability to investigate, learn and implement new processes and technologies.
Applied knowledge of Symantec Endpoint, VPN technologies and remote administration tools.
Familiarity with information technology processes and best practices.
