Reporting to the Manager of Procurement, the Procurement and Contract Consultant (PCC) is accountable for managing and ensuring integrity with executing SaskGamings Procurement strategies and processes.
As the subject matter expert, the PCC provides strategic procurement consulting services & expertise to client departments for all of SaskGamings lines of business in order to acquire goods and services which provide the best overall value to both the client and the Corporation. You will work in strategic partnership with all SaskGaming departments, various government departments, crown corporations, regulatory agencies and local, national and international supplier markets, with the objective of maintaining an efficient and uninterrupted supply of goods and services to the Corporation. This will involve contract negation and administration and ensuring continuous development and improvement of purchasing strategies, policies and processes.
