Job Purpose
This is a split position. This position is responsible for fostering relationship building, recognizing member needs and promoting/cross-selling a variety of services to the member. This position processes a variety of cash related transactions for members using automated systems and related electronic equipment and balances cash and internal accounts daily while adhering to policy and security procedures. This position is also responsible for greeting members and non-members both in person and over the phone; booking appointments; and providing administrative support to sales and management staff as required.
Working Conditions
This is a job share position with a rotation of Wednesday to Tuesday in week one and off on week two. This position is expected to operate within a regional service delivery model which may require travel between locations. Other duties may be assigned outside the above job purpose provided the duties are associated with another position at the same or lower pay grade.
Minimum Qualifications
-Academic minimum of Grade XII or equivalent.
-Ability to handle basic math concepts.
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook. (tested)
-Sales experience and a background of exceptional customer service are preferred.
