Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary Payroll Consultant in Regina, SK. To qualify for this Payroll Consultant role, you must be a focused individual with a positive attitude who thrives on accuracy, multitasking and meeting deadlines. This is a 4-month position.
Payroll Consultant responsibilities:
- Preparing, calculating and keying payroll for staff.
- Assisting in the administration of the Company's confidential benefit and pension plans.
- Assisting with the organization and administration of various payroll.
- Assisting with GL entries per pay.
- Preparing monthly account reconciliations.
- Assisting in the administration of employee inventory.
Payroll Consultant Education requirement:
- A minimum of two years of experience in a computerized payroll environment. Manual entries may some times be required.
- Completion of 1st Level Payroll Management Certification (PCP) or equivalent education.
- Experience with ADP Pay Specialist and HRWARE HRIS software would be a definite asset.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Must Have:
- Clear Criminal Background
- Strong competency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Word, and E-mail
- Able to provide 2 work related references
