The Financial Auditor works as part of the executive team to ensure that all financial information and systems are accurate, timely and in keeping with corporate objectives across all business units.
The successful candidate will be a values-driven, results focused leader capable of auditing financial results and successfully coaching administrative and accounting employees at all levels. Experience within the manufacturing industry would be an advantage. In addition to excellent communication skills, our Financial Auditor requires:
At least 5 years previous accounting experience
2 to 5 years previous experience of supervisory or management skills
Degree in Business Administration Management, Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred.
Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and concepts.
Understanding of overhead allocation.
Proficiency with Quickbooks or similar software as well as Microsoft Office Suite, including higher level skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
