Description

PRAIRIE MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS is a leading supplier of wireless communications products with 21 branches across the Prairies and NW Ontario.  We have an immediate opening for a part time Administrative Assistant at our 710-A Main St. N. location.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering and directing phone calls, bank deposits, incoming and outgoing mail, processing and checking invoices, payment processing, filing and other related administrative duties.  

Candidates will have a minimum of one year experience in an administrative role.  The Administrative Assistant will be professional; with excellent communication and customer service skills; maintains confidentiality; is detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.  Formal administrative or accounting education or training would be an asset.  Working knowledge of Epicor would be an asset.

The Administrative Assistant would be scheduled a minimum of 25 hours per week.  Please note that for training purposes the successful candidate will be required to be available to work up to 40 hours per week.
