Adecco is recruiting for a Dealer Service Specialist II role in Saskatoon, SK. The position is a 1 year contract with the possibility of extension. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Dealer Service Specialist ll is a front line employee who delivers financial services to customers. Candidates must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check, Drivers Abstract, and Credit Check.

Responsibilities:
- Administration of various contracts
- Thorough understanding of loan policies, procedures, and applicable laws and codes
- Partake in borrower relationship management tasks
- Analyze portfolio and assess possible loss concerns
- Communicate potential loss situations to Branch Manager and act as an agent in legal matters
- Use of spreadsheets to prepare required reports
- Monitor dealer transactions, collect payments, account for property used to secure loans
- Occasional local travel required  

Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of related experience, with at least one year of collection experience
- Familiarity with concepts and procedures used in automotive and financial services
- Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM, and internal work queues is preferred
- Must have problem analysis, problems solving and listening abilities
- Customer service and leadership are essential skills
