Description

The Resort at Cypress Hills is currently seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented people to join our Summer 2016 team.

This position starts immediately and will run into the fall depending on candidate availability.

The Restaurant Server is responsible for creating positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner.  They interact with guests and ensure that they have a great experience when dining at Ivan's Restaurant or attending a banquet.  They should be friendly and outgoing.  


Skills & Abilities

-Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (19)
-Excellent customer service skills
-Organizational skills
-Time management skills
-Great communication skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays and some split shifts
-Ability to stand for an extended period of time or for entire shift
-Ability to move or lift objects up to 30lbs
