Help Desk Support is responsible for customer support, user management and solving day to day issues. You are hands-on working directly with clients to ensure their problems are solved in a timely and efficient manner. Customer service is as important as your technical skills.

Skills:
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnosing skills
Excellent customer service skills
Experienced in assisting clients remotely as well as onsite

Key Qualifications:
1-3 yrs Experience
A+ Certification
Windows Desktop Certification
Valid class 5 drivers license and own vehicle.
