Skills:
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnosing skills
Excellent customer service skills
Experienced in assisting clients remotely as well as onsite
Key Qualifications:
1-3 yrs Experience
A+ Certification
Windows Desktop Certification
Valid class 5 drivers license and own vehicle.
