We are non-partisan and dedicated to Saskatchewans parliamentary system and to the ideals of parliamentary democracy.

The Parliamentary Publications branch invites applications for the position of Production Supervisor.
Reporting to the Managing Editor, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the timely print and electronic publishing for the Legislative Assemblys debate records (Hansard and committee transcripts). This role is responsible for systems and processes which enable transcript production and publishing.

This role is responsible for:
- print and digital layouts and publishing, bound/archival copy, and development of new digital publication features;
- the branchs production systems and publishing processes (such as a digital audio transcription system, desktop publishing applications and software) as well as information technology process improvements; and more.

The successful candidate will have:
- knowledge of print and digital publishing methods, practices, and software;
- superior language skills (grammar, vocabulary/comprehension, proofreading, attention to detail); and more.

Knowledge is typically acquired through a technical diploma in a related field such as graphic communications and print technology or business administration and related experience.
