Be a part of innovation, success and teamwork! We are currently looking for a Part-time Bilingual Administrative Clerk for our Senior Care Home Division.
Reporting to the Supervisor of Client Services and Customer Care, the Administrative Clerk will provide customer service and administrative services for SCHD.
Nature & Scope
Interacts with customers; gives information in response to inquires about accounts, products, and services
Takes care of and settles customer complaints, special orders, or refunds
Answers customers' questions regarding product or service and operation or maintenance
Receives and processes orders, provides information concerning pricing, changes in service
Troubleshoot and schedule repairs for technical service issues
Act as liaison between the cable company and residents for resetting/authorizing of digital equipment
Provide assistance in setting up new homes, resident information, audits and penetration reporting of existing homes
Perform general administrative duties
Education and Experience Required
Fluent in both English and French
Grade 12 or equivalent
Minimum 1 year customer service experience
Minimum 1 year, preferably 2-3 years data entry and office experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
1 - 2 years call center experience
Effective organizational skills and time management
Strong interpersonal and telephone skills
Additional Assets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility in hours, as there may be periods that require a later start and end time
Compensation
Hourly Rate dependent on Experience
Employer paid parking or bus pass
