A Regina based real estate organization is seeking a Controller to guide key business initiatives and directing the key financial-related activities including financial reporting, budgeting, financing, tax compliance, tax planning, internal controls and operational accounting activities.

The Controller will be able to adapt to a changing environment and show a track record of developing and maintaining strong working relationships. Experience in the real estate industry is an asset.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
-An entrepreneurial mindset
-A CPA accounting designation
-Experience in tax (corporate, GST, PST, personal)
-Experience under IFRS and ASPE
-5+ years of experience post qualification
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
