Preparing meals as well as specials. Restocking and cleaning the line during and afer the shift.Putting away arriving stock and supplies. Preparing and prepping the daily used items. Maintaining and cleaning of kitchen equipment used, ovens, grills, fryers, slicers, knives. Must have experience if a post secondary program in cooking is not completed.
